Marquita M. Qualls, PhD, known as Dr. Q in the STEM community, is the founder of Entropia Consulting. She is a chemist by training and a relational, transactional and transformational leader at heart. Her experience spans 25 years in consulting, coaching, and motivating people in a range of leadership and professional development areas, Dr. Q possesses the rare combination of strong technical training, interpersonal skills, and business acumen.
Dr. Q has a gift for listening to what's not being said and asks the probing questions to help you arrive at a solution. She commands a masterful understanding of the human aspects needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced and competitive business environment. Her technical side drives an ability to gather perspectives and analyze feedback, while at the same time connecting with clients and guiding intents towards achieving results.
